Mavins is proud to announce the name of the network’s new COO, Mr. Frank Parrish. Frank is the Founding partner of TPS Advisors with a track record career of over 25 years in public accounting including a number of years with the US accounting and audit regulator the PCAOB.

Having a broad European and Southeast Asian insights, Frank has assisted U.S. and foreign based companies in their journey to list on U.S. public markets, M&A and other transactions.  

His passion about the spirit of entrepreneurship and significant experience in SEC reporting, initial public offerings, revenue recognition, lease accounting, internal audit, and business valuations makes him an integral part of our team where he can share his deep knowledge with member firms side by side while being one of Mavins Network.
